Arizona Highway Funding and Transportation Coordination Processes
In 2002 and 2003, the Federal Highway Administration and the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), in conjunction with the ADOT Tribal Strategic Partnering Team, sponsored and conducted the Northern, Southern and Western Arizona Region State-Tribal Transportation Forums. These forums were designed to provide tribal and non-tribal government officials with an understanding of highway funding and transportation coordination processes in Arizona.
