Mission
To develop separate and specific Standard Operating Procedures for resource sharing under the Incident Command System (ICS) during emergency and disaster incidences.
Goals
- Identify issues in jurisdictional command and control during an incident that will affect operations of shred resources between cooperating agencies.
- Put into place legal documentation between Tribal and Non-Tribal agencies for smooth and efficient future emergency response operations.
